In order to implement the national goal of“peak carbon dioxide emissions”,“carbon neutrality”and to practice General Secretary Xi Jinping’s concept of“lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets”, it is urgent to conduct extensive and in-depth discussions on the key scientific issues, technical bottlenecks and engineering difficulties existing in low-carbon green conversion and utilization of biomass resources.

Organized by Institute of Chemical Industry of Forest Products(ICIFP), Chinese Academy of Forestry and Nanjing Forestry University(NFU), International Conference on Low-carbon Green Conversion and Utilization of Biomass Resources 2021(ICCUB 2021) is planned to be held in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province inmid-to-late November 2021. The conference will focus on the research progress and development trend of low-carbon green conversion and utilization of biomass energy, bio-based materials and chemicals, bioactivesubstance and other related fields.

u Call for Papers

The conference calls for papers related to the conference theme, and requires unpublished academic papers or reviews in English. In order to avoid affecting the paper publication, the contributors who participant in the conference exchanges only need to submit abstracts, which will be collected in abstract book after review and approval by the academic committee, and will be exchanged in the form of oral reports or posters during the conference.

Please submit full paper if the contributors want their paper published in recommended journals of the conference. After review by the academic committee, the high-level papers will be recommended to Journal of Bioresources and Bioproducts（immediate IF=4.8）,Chemistry and Industry of Forest Products and other journals for publication.
