生物质能源化学研究室

  本领域以生物质为原料,通过化学、热化学、生物化学、物理化学等方法,制取气体、液体或者固体燃料,实现替代化石燃料的目的。重点开展生物制热解气化、生物柴油、生物质合成液体燃料等生物质能源转化技术的基础、应用基础和工业化过程研究开发。

* 主要研究内容

  1 生物质能高效转化机理的基础理论研究

  2 生物质热解气化集中供气、供热和发电系统工程技术研究

  3 生物柴油、生物质成型燃料等生物质液体、固体燃料的新技术、新工艺开发研究

  4 以糠醛、糠醇为代表的呋喃化学等植物纤维水解化学利用研究

  5 生物质能源高效转化集成技术及生物质能源经济性研究

*技术推广:

1. 生物柴油连续化设备研发;

2. 生物质多元醇产品开发;

3. 生物质热解气化集中供气、供热和发电设备研发。

Utilization of Biomass Energy

Bio-fuel is an alternative energy sources as fossil fuel substitutes.By using thermal-chemical conversion, biotechnology and physical-chemical process, a variety of renewable fuels can be produced from renewable resources, such as gaseous fuels,liquid fuels, and solid fuels. Recent researches are emphasized on gasification, biodiesel and biomass liquefaction.


*Research areas

1. Basic theoretical research for high efficiency conversion of bio-energy

2. Development of concentrative biomass gas supplying system as well as biomass gasification technology

3. Research on novel technology for production of liquid fuels and solid fuels, such as biodiesel and biomass briquette fuel

4. Study on hydrolysis and biodegradation of lingo-cellulose material for furfural, furfural alcohol synthesis

5. System integration technologies and economic studies for biomass conversion


*Technical transferring

1. Research and development of continuous equipment of biodiesel production;

2. Development of biomass based polyhydric alcohols;

3. Research and development of biomass gas supplying and gasification equipment.
