  本领域重点研究林产化学加工工程技术,林业特色资源及其加工剩余物的精
深加工技术与功能产品创制,工业废水废气处理及有用物质的回收利用技术,固体
废弃物的有效综合利用技术以及相关专用装备的研制。开展工程项目可行性研究、
技术咨询、工程与设备设计及技术改造等。
* 主要研究内容
1. 生物质化学加工过程的新技术和新设备研究与设计;
2. 林化产品加工专用设备及其控制系统研究;
3. 高压加氢系统设备的研究;
4. 高速离心雾化干燥机的研制与应用研究;
5. 高效节能蒸发装置与过程应用研究;
6. 生物质热解气化供热供气发电技术研究;
7. 生物质热解气化热炭联产装备研制与应用研究;
8. 工业有机废水高效低成本生物处理技术与应用研究;废水低温低碳脱氮新技术
与新装备研究;
9. 废水新型无泥催化氧化深度处理、多维粒子电催化氧化技术与应用研究;高效
管式膜处理工艺研究及高分子气体膜对 VOCs 的分离技术研究;
10. 污泥高效脱水技术与应用研究;固体废弃物与工业废水中高值物质的资源化综
合利用技术与应用研究;
11. 林业特色资源精深加工与干燥技术研究;
12. 绿色合成创制林源多酚、多肽等功能化学品研究

Research Field of Environmental Protection and Equipment
This field focuses on the engineering technology of forest chemical industry ,
valorization of forest-featured resources and its byproducts as well as fabrication of
functional products the technology for industrial wastewater and waste gas treatment
and recycling of useful substances, the effective comprehensive utilization technology of
industrial solid waste, and the development of special equipment in the above
technologies.This department also undertakes the work of engineering feasibility study,
technical consultation, engineering and equipment design and technical transformation ,

etc .

Research areas:

1. R&D of new technology and equipment for the process of chemical utilization of
biomass;
2. Research of special equipment and the control system for utilization of forest products;
3. Equipment for hydrogenation of rosin under high pressure;
4. R&D of high speed centrifugal atomizer and its applications;
5. R&D of space evaporation technique and device
6. R&D of technology of biomass pyrolysis and gasification for heat gas electricity;
7. R&D the equipment of biomass pyrolysis and gasification for bio-char and heat ;
8. High-efficient and low-cost technology for biological treatment of industrial organic
wastewater and its application New technology and equipment of denitrogenation in
wastewater with low temperature and low carbon source;
9. New sludge-free catalytic oxidation technology for advanced treatment of wastewater
and its application; Multi-dimensional particle electrocatalytic oxidation technology
and its application; High-efficient tubular membrane treatment process and separation
technology of VOCs by polymer gas membrane;
10. High-efficient sludge dewatering technology and its application; Comprehensive
utilization technology of solid waste and high-value substances from industrial
wastewater and its application;
11. Valorization of forest-featured resources processing and drying technology;
12. The green synthesis and fabrication of functional polyphenols and peptides from
forest-based resource.

Metal Products Industry;
10. Spray drying technology and its engineering applications in industries;
11. Preparation of feed additives applied in improving meat quality of poultry or livestock;
12. Valorization of forest-featured byproducts.
